Trainer Tips

A good bond with your dog is important and dogs like structure. We invest a lot of time and effort with our own dogs and advise you to do the same!

About us...

Di Morgan

Di

Has been training dogs for the past 30 years and has a great deal of practical experience as a handler, instructor and pet behaviour counsellor. She has a strong interest in competitive obedience where she has had considerable success with her own dogs. She also enjoys passing her knowledge on through handlers who train under her guidance, and watches their achievements with pleasure. Di is particularly keen to encourage new handlers wanting to compete, but is also happy to work with those who just want to improve their dog’s training. Di is qualified to judge obedience at open and championship shows and to make awards under the Kennel Club’s Good Citizen scheme. She also has an HNC in Canine Behaviour and Training and is a member of the Kennel Club Accreditation Scheme for Instructors in Dog Training and Canine Behaviour, working towards accreditation.

As well as the dog training & socialisation classes in Portslade she also carries out behaviour consultations and one-to-one training in the Sussex area, as well as assisting with rescue dogs and puppy parties at local vets.
